At Up-Cart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If the product doesn’t fit or perform to your expectations, we are here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or Personalized Gear: Items made to specific team requirements or with custom prints (unless defective).
- Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Orders of 10+ items are considered final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@up-cart.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return.
- Approval: We will review your request and send you the return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship It: Pack the items securely and ship them back to us.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
