Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders—such as during peak outdoor seasons or promotional events—shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We partner with global carriers to bring high-quality gear directly to your doorstep. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Split Shipments (Important)

To ensure you receive your gear as fast as possible, your order may be split into multiple shipments.

  • Why? We source our products from specialized distribution centers globally. For example, your apparel (T-shirts/Jackets) may ship from one facility, while your technical gear (Backpacks) ships from another.
  • Result: You may receive separate tracking numbers and packages for a single order. Please do not worry if you receive one item before the other; the rest of your adventure gear is on the way!

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Up-Cart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged in Transit

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
